What is your shipping policy?
Once your order is received we produce and package your popcorn within 3 days. Then we ship using USPS Priority Mail which typically delivers in 1-2 business days. We charge a flat rate shipping fee which is $8.95. This price includes the shipping cost as well as the cost of packaging materials and handling.
Which are your most popular flavors?
Our most popular flavors are Cinnamon-Apple and Bourbon Pecan. Buttered Rum regularly sells out when it’s available. And though these unique flavors reign supreme, our Classic and Salted Caramel are beloved as well.
How long does your popcorn last?
Our shelf life is 4-6 weeks when properly stored in our Tins or resealable Queen and Royal Bags.
Is your product vegan or gluten free?
Or popcorn is not vegan because butter is a main ingredient in our caramel sauce but all of our flavors are gluten free.
What if I want to sample before I purchase?
We do have a lot of unique flavors so we understand when a customer wants to test the goods. Therefore, we have samples available at every vending event we participate in. But if you can’t come to us, simply drop us a line and we will mail samples as soon as humanly possible.
Do you have a store front?
We do not have a store front yet. We currently sell online and vend quite regularly throughout the DC area. We update our website and social media pages regularly informing our followers where we will be and when.
I live in the DC/MD/Va area, can I pick up my order?
If you would like to pick up your order, simply select “Local Pick Up” from the Shipping and Handling options. We will then contact you to arrange pickup from Oh What A Cake! in Columbia, MD or The Spice Suite in Northwest, DC.
Where do you produce your popcorn?
Our popcorn is produced at Oh What A Cake! which is a bakery in Columbia, MD. The owner is kind enough to rent her commercial kitchen to us.
Where and when can I pick up my popcorn?
As stated above you can pick up from Oh What A Cake! in Columbia, MD or The Spice Suite in Northwest, DC. You will have to pick-up during their regular business hours.
